  • For metro cities, delivery may be faster (2–4 days).

  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

📌 Note: Delivery time is estimated and may be affected by logistics delays, weather, or government restrictions.

We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Shipping is FREE on all prepaid and COD orders.

  • There are no hidden delivery charges.

 

💸 5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer 100% Free Cash on Delivery (COD) on all eligible orders.

  • Please ensure your mobile number is reachable for delivery confirmation.

  • Misuse of COD (repeated rejection, fake orders) may lead to restriction of COD service for that user.

 

📦 6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
You can also track your order by contacting support.

🚫 7. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

  • Wrong/incomplete address

  • Unreachable customer

  • Refusal to accept the parcel

The order may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will contact you to confirm reshipping.

  • Repeated failed deliveries may lead to suspension of your account.
